Jetsetter – The Jessica Samea Matcha (“Jetsetter”, “we”, “us”) operates matcha22.phpflock.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Order data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, items purchased, and payment status. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.

Newsletter data: email address and, optionally, mobile number, together with your welcome code.

Contact data: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations, invoices and shipping updates, answer your messages, send marketing emails you have opted in to, prevent fraud, and comply with UAE tax and consumer law.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), our courier partners (delivery), our email service (transactional and marketing email), and hosting providers. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie for your bag and checkout, a small preference cookie to remember that you dismissed our welcome offer, and optional analytics cookies only if enabled. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser.

5. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE law (currently five years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for up to two years.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from marketing at any time by replying to any newsletter or writing to [email protected].
