These terms govern purchases made on matcha22.phpflock.com, operated by Jetsetter – The Jessica Samea Matcha in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products & prices

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Each collection includes the complimentary gift described on its page while stocks last; we may substitute a gift of equal value if an item becomes unavailable. Product photography is illustrative.

2. Orders & payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe and you receive our confirmation email with invoice. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We may cancel an order where a pricing or stock error has occurred and will refund in full.

3. Delivery

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery times are indicative; international shipments may be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.

4. Returns, damages & refunds

For food safety and hygiene reasons, matcha powder cannot be returned once delivered unless it arrives damaged, defective, expired or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours with photographs. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

5. Discount codes

Welcome codes are single-use, personal and cannot be combined with other offers. We may withdraw promotional codes at any time.

6. Health information

Matcha contains caffeine. Our content is not medical advice; consult a professional if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition.

7. Intellectual property

All content, photography, logos and the Jetsetter name are the property of Jetsetter – The Jessica Samea Matcha and may not be used without written permission.

8. Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
