1. Shipping & Delivery

Jetsetter operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and offers domestic and international delivery to selected destinations.

All orders are carefully prepared and securely packaged to maintain product integrity during transportation.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, order weight, and available courier services. Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers will receive order confirmation and shipment tracking information when available.

2. Returns & Exchanges

For food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, Jetsetter does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges of correctly supplied matcha powder due to change of mind or personal preference.

This policy applies to both opened and unopened products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once a product has been delivered in satisfactory condition and in accordance with the order, returns or exchanges for personal preference are not offered.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Damaged, Defective, Expired or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or different from the product ordered, please contact our customer service team promptly.

We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

Jetsetter will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required by applicable law.

The recommended 48-hour notification period does not affect statutory consumer rights.

4. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Jetsetter as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or dispatched may be accommodated.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.

5. International Shipping & Customs

International orders are subject to the import regulations and customs requirements of the destination country.

Depending on the shipping service and destination, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply.

Any charges not included in the checkout total will be clearly identified as potentially payable by the customer, where applicable.

Customers should verify any destination-specific import restrictions before placing an order.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned by customs, Jetsetter will assess the circumstances and applicable legal obligations before determining the appropriate resolution.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is required or approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.
